  • Licenses for any custom fonts, creatives or stock photography

  • Cost of Third-party plugins or integrations

  • Adjustments to Property pages, check-out or other non-editable Lodgify pages.

  • Third party integrations – even though you might see them on the designs, you will need to purchase the integration set-up from the add-on section. This currently applies to the following sections:

  • newsletter sign-up

  • reviews  ONLY IF you want them integrated with your Airbnb or Booking.com (hard-coded reviews are included with the template)

  • Anything else that is not specifically mentioned in the “What’s included” section, is not included.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. We recommend using them as "billboards" to find new guests. Our goal is to ensure that when those guests look for you online or want to rebook, they do so directly through your website — saving you high commission fees and building your own guest database.

  • As an official partner, we provide you with a unique referral link. When you sign up for a Lodgify subscription through this link, the 15% discount is automatically applied to your plan. This is an exclusive perk for our clients and isn't available to the general public.

  • Yes. This fee covers the professional design, setup, and integration of your core website. Your ongoing costs will be your Lodgify subscription (which we’ve discounted for you) and your domain name (usually around £10–£20 per year).

  • We simply ask for 50% payment before starting the work.


  •  If you already have an active paid subscription, we can still build your website for the flat fee, but the 15% referral discount usually only applies to new Lodgify accounts. Contact us, and we can check if your account is eligible for a transition.

  • Once we have your photos and property details, we typically have your site live and ready to take bookings within 7 to 10 working days.

  •  We specialize in the UK and French markets. While the core £499 build is for a single-language site, Lodgify has excellent multi-language capabilities. We can discuss adding a second language as a "Growth" add-on.

  • You do. We build the site within your Lodgify account. If we ever stop working together, you still have full access and control over your website, bookings, and guest data.
